John Crouch knew at thirteen that he wanted to be an Architect.  With that realization, he took advantage of growing up in the New York City area to experience the creative inspiration and excitement of the City in the 1960’s.  As a member of the Museum of Modern Art and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, he was encouraged by his parents to study the arts and culture of the world.  The grandson of George Crouch, a renowned Naval Architect, he naturally came upon his creative and analytic abilities.

John attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, additionally he studied architecture, pen & ink drawing and art history in Florence, Italy and apprenticed for Perkins & Will Architects in New York.  After graduation he completed his apprenticeship and became a registered Architect at the age of 26.  As a single practitioner rather than a member of a corporate firm he has always been at the forefront of client understanding.
This creative and technical background has prepared him to accurately and efficiently analyze architectural projects and devise a creative, cost effective and build-able design for his clients.
