The Penn Center - Beaufort, SC
The Penn Center is one of three Historic Districts in the State of South Carolina. Mr. Crouch worked with the National Park Service and the South Carolina Department of Archives and History to ensure the accuracy and integrity of each Historic Restoration project.
Bank Street Brewing Company - Stanford, CT.
Bank Street Brewing Co. Stamford, Connecticut. Completed 1995. This project was awarded an Honorable Mention from Connecticut Society of Architects for the Historic Restoration and Reuse of this 1903 Beaux-Arts Bank. Mr. Crouch supervised all the historic preservation, which included plaster restoration, 6 ft. cornice refurbishing, and restoring the stain glass dome. All the interior and exterior design was done by Mr. Crouch. He added disabled access, turned the teller counter to a full functioning bar and constructed the drinking mezzanine. He designed the integration of the brewery into the basement of the structure. He was key in the selection of all the appliances and kitchen equipment. He designed all the food service stations as well as "rough-in" equipment ducting and electrical systems for all the appliances, computers, kitchen equipment, and in the bar area.
Mr. Crouch was instrumental in the kitchen equipment placement and selection for all the restaurants he designed, renovated, or restored. He completed all of the "rough-in" ducting design and placement. He chose everything from paint colors and finishes to light fixtures and fabrics.

Mr. Crouch was furnished by GM for Saturn Motors located in Queens, NY, The Bronx, NY, Roslyn, Long Island, New Rochelle, NY. He renovated existing commercial structures to house four separately owned Saturn Dealerships.
